Tim served as the co-founder and CEO of Vow Financial Group since its inception and grew the aggregator to over 1,600 mortgage brokers. The aggregator was acquired by listed company Yellow Brick Road in 2014. Tim continued to serve as CEO of Yellow Brick

Road Lending until late 2016. During his tenure, he emphasised the organization’s capability in providing Mortgage Brokering and Wealth Management services. Tim also served as the Chairman of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the leading association with over 14,500 members throughout Australia.

Additionally, he was the Founding Principal and Director of the Opica Group. Tim is currently the director and adviser to a number of large financial services businesses.
